At House of Lalita, we strive to provide the finest quality products. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or Wrong order, you may request a return or replacement.
Conditions for Return: An unboxing video must be recorded from the beginning of opening the parcel until the product is fully displayed.
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
Please Note: Returns or refunds will not be accepted for reasons such as color variation due to screen settings, change of mind, or personal preferences.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund (if approved) will be processed within 7β10 working days to the original payment method.
